The Company operates a simulation and competition platform only and does not hold customer funds for investment or trading.
- Licensed third-party payment providers are used
- Funds transmission (if any) is handled by regulated entities
- The Company does not provide custody services for securities
The Company may implement controls consistent with:
- Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws
- Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) laws
- Sanctions regulations
- Fraud prevention laws
The Company may require:
- Identity verification
- Age verification
- Address confirmation
- Source-of-funds inquiry for prize payouts
- Sanctioned individuals
- Located in comprehensively sanctioned jurisdictions
- Acting on behalf of prohibited parties
- Modify competitions
- Cancel events
- Adjust scoring
- Withhold prizes
- Limit access
- Suspend or terminate accounts
- Are non-refundable
- Do not guarantee winnings
- Are earned upon payment
- Chargebacks may result in bans
- Are conditional and revocable

All Platform IP belongs to the Company. Users receive a limited, revocable license.

- Legal violations
- Breach of Terms
- Fraud or abuse
Users waive:
- Jury trials
